Isn't the 10 foot right away only really for the state anyways. For them to do what they deem necessary (water lines, phone poles, ditches) the probably is still owned all the way to to edge of the road, in some cases to the center of road. If someone does a doughnut on the edge of the road and its on your property they are still held responsible even with in the 10 foot margin.

I would think the line is 50 feet from center line or far side of ditch from road.
State trooper was caring enough to make it clear that was how far one has to be from road on an offroad vehicle. That makes me think that is also where personal property begins.

Just because an area is a right of way for city, county, state, or company does not mean you are allowed to be there.

Right of way, is the area in entirety whatever entity is entitled to engage in endeavors they deem necessary.

The road itself is a non-maintained state road, fun little family ride down a dirt road. The issue becomes when you leave the road bed and venture off to play.
 
Mr. John fuller, I am sorry you are having such a hard time here. You said you were kicked off this site before, was it for this?? You think you would have learned, maybe not. So know one is "trying" to bash you its just that this forum is a representation of the off-road community and we try our best to keep our name out of illegal activity. That said he was only asking you to show us something more concrete that this place is legal. I hate to say this, but from the out side looking in you are being far more rude then anyone.

well thank you sir for shedding some "real light and proof on the matter" now that i see an official document stating such "illegalness" i will never again mention Richlands....there's still a question why only my thread that mentions richlands get so much trash but whatever. thanks for posting this article and making me aware of it. i can safely and respectfully take Richlands off my list of places to go..this should've been posted on page one right from the getgo instead of somebody running their mouth about trust bs..that's ok some can't help themselves

yes i have issues with asshole people who talk to much sh*t all the time and instead of being like the rest of the crowd to just take it in and suck it up...i am one to step in and call those people out on it in defense of all the ones who won't!!!!
 
Your thread was going fine until you mentioned the illegal parts, then it went south. Then you defended yourself and were wrong but kept talking.

Food for thought: It is better to keep your mouth shut and have people assume you are an idiot than to open your mouth and prove them right.

thank you for pointing out a "mature" way to word a phrase to someone that does not say anything offensive at all..if he would've just stated this i would've never gotten upset but calling out to be un trustworthy that is not a way to talk to someone.

Political correctness is the degradation of our society today. Please, make no mistake. I will not be a part of that. You really still need to re read what I posted. I not once said you were untrustworthy. I simply asked you to post a reason to trust you. To this date, you still have not. The only thing you did was rant like some woman that in in the middle of her menstrual cycle.

right...and this isn't bullying and judging people. this is what everyone wants but no thanks..i will defend myself and others when need be instead of just walking away with my head down and because i care to always try and i also shed some inspirational light on how people should act/talk/approach others with maturity and respect.

hey Jeff let me explain through those little holes in the brick wall....if i or another came into one of your threads leading people into some information or actions and suddenly asked "give us a reason to trust you man" I'm pretty sure you would get offended and then all the others on the thread would also feel awkward too with some form of doubt setting up about you as a person and character because your name has been put on the line for an allegation/assumption that there are reasons out there for you to not be trustworthy. if this don't make sense than there really is no hope for you
