Who rides? I'm in the Lincolnton Hickory Denver area. Always looking for guys to ride with. A group of us ride Tuesday night in Lincolnton. But it would be cool the get up with a few other guys threw out the week.

I ride the Charlotte circuit regularly, never been out towards Lincolnton. Anything good up that way? I ride somewhere (typically Poston in Lowell) on Tuesdays, Whitewater center on Thursdays, and somewhere at least once between thursday and tuesday.
 
Given the weather, I haven't been riding too much lately. Have you checked out the new trail in Newton. It's a fun ride.

Poston is fun. Old school hand cut/groomed trail. Lots of roots in comparison to some other local trails and it "never closes" due to weather so the trail is worn in really well.

I enjoy Poston. Good bit of climbing if you're not used to it. I could do tomorrow morning if you wanted to meet out there.
 
I just started riding , trying to replace skateboarding as my old ankle injury doesn't like it to much.
I bought a cheaper Haro to start getting back in riding shape but id love to tag along on a trail n see what's out there

I just started riding and got a Haro also. Haven't rode anywhere yet. Was going to Whitewater center last Friday but trails were closed. I live near Concord Mills.

I work every day till 6 except Sunday , I'm in kannapolis, so Sunday mornings when id be free to join up, this week or next would work just lemme know

do yall ride out there pretty often on the weekends? been trying to get back into riding again, but college in the morning and working 2nd shift i really only have saturday and sunday to ride

You guys got me curious , I started a desk Job about a year ago and man am I out of shape now . How much those bikes cost ? Any advice if I wanted to start ?
 
Rode poston this morning. Had a great time. Although I had a flat about half way threw. Sheared off my valve stem.

Bikes vary in price depending on what you want. Sky is the limit like everything. You can get a decent hard tail for around $400-800. Full suspension run anywhere from $800-$10,000. But you could pick up a good used or decent new for $ 1500-2000. but I am no expert.

I used to ride all the time, stopped for several years, now getting back into it. Rode Harrisburg Park today. That is a fun little single track trail, but it is only just over 1/2 mile long. I'd like to get together and ride with some other folks that are just getting into it.
 
I got a used Haro full suspension for $300 off CL. It's nothing special but it fits my needs as a beginner.

I'm up for meeting some of you guys and riding.

Anybody want to ride tomorrow morning around 9 or 10? Thinking about either North Mech Park or Jetton Park. Haven't been to either one.

You don't have to spend a lot of money for a bike.

I'm riding lake hickory early Monday. Like around 7:30
