Who has the trail rig with green rock lighting? Pass you tonight on 64. Saw something glowing green coming down the highway like a light parade. As it passed going the opposite way headed toward Raleigh I noticed it was a trail rig on a trailer all lit up.

Sounds like Kong

He has some kinda wicked trailer that has green lighting (rig has green underlighting as well) and the trailer has a frame like an enclosed with no sides

Sounds about right. It was dark but looked like a trailer with some sort of frame.
