Burt Reynolds has died. RIP Bandit.

Very sad. One of the biggest reasons I'm into Trans Ams like I am.

He's up there hanging with the Snowman now. Bandit one and Bandit two, together again.

Loved it as a kid when his movies came on TV (Longest Yard, Deliverance, etc.). That and riding around in my uncle's TA he bought shortly after the first Bandit movie. RIP

My first dog was named bandit, and my uncles dog was named fred. Fred of course was a basset hound, and I will never forget either of them........

He was one of my favorite growing up. Gator was the sequel to "White Lightening" IIRC. Loved them both. My favorites outside "Smokey and the Bandit" were probably "Hooper" and "Sharky's Machine!"
