ROCKVEMBER Registration is here!!!!!!!!

Man hate Im gonna miss it this year daniel!!Gonna be in afghan land probably till URE opens back up next year.Done anything to the ol yota lately??

Same here, this trip is going to be great. I'm going to be camping Friday and Saturday night which I haven't done yet. "Camped" the first time I went but I slept in my Jeep, haha. But this time I'm bringing tents and everything.

I'm about to sign up. I'm coming with my brother and at least one other friend. I have one question though. After registration on Friday, will we be allowed to hit the trails, or do we have to wait until Saturday for that?

This will be all of our first trip to Uwharrie and we can't wait to come.

trails are open so you will be able to hit them. I cant see any reason to wait :driver:

The trails are open to the public at anytime. make sure you stop by the outpost and pick up a trail pass which is $5...however, we will be paying for your Saturday trail pass is all that means on the itinerary!! Looking forward to having you and your guys out!! You should have a great time!!

The signup is the link on the first page isn't it? It seems so...simple?
Anyways, you'll really enjoy Uwharrie. Since it's your first time, it would be helpful to have a good map. The one they give you at the Outpost can be confusing. Try using this one: http://www.nc4x4.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/badinlaketrailmaprevise.jpg

It was simple, I didn't have any problem signing up. Thanks for the map. It is much better that the one on their site.

We have cancelled our meet and greet due to a conflicting dates with this event, and tonight discussed bringing our group out, if we do it would be anywhere from 10-20 of us. Maybe more. I will let you know, when I know more. Sounds like a good event, especially with Tim running the mud pit on saturday.
 
I have never been to an event at URE can you guys tell me some more details? i am looking forward to going sounds like an awesome time. do i go to the stables gate or the gate entrance by hunt camp? are all the events at the stables? will they hand out a schedule of event times?
 
Go to the stables to register. That is where camping and all the action is.

I will be there with quite possibly the baddest mamma jamma jeep that ever was. 89wrangler aint gettin no pics posted this year once they see my beast:flipoff2:Steve, I will not be able to come till Sat. morning. Save me some room for a tent around you awight? Might even be able to talk the old lady into coming. If not her then maybe my girlfriend.
 
Will any of the BDB guys be going this year??? We are reserving ALL the time after the concert for those guys and whoever else for the rockpile...I always enjoy watching those guys play...I wanted so bad to make it to the farm a few weekends ago but unfortunately had to go out of town for family reasons...
 
Rock pile?? i havnt seen a rockpile at URE. there is a thread talking about adding one. has it already been built? un..less is it over at stables?
