It's the pile at the stables. The whole event will be at the stables minus a (or more?) coordinated ride on the OHV trails.

At the stables. It's pretty hardcore. Old concrete culverts (Is that what they're called?) and such.

Generally speaking, I'd say if your rug is street legal, you ain't makin it up the rock pile.
 
how are the trails? last time i was at uwharrie (bout 3 months ago) trails were dry and very dusty. has the little bit of rain created any puddles?

I was there about 3 weeks ago and it had just rained a small amount that morning, by noon the main roads were completely dust.
There were some good puddles to go through though. :beer:
 
I am definitely rearranging our plans to go to texas so we can attend. Ain't nothing better than ripping up the trails and then driving al the way to Texas.
 
can anyone tell me the address or how to get to the stables at URE? last time i was their i was a kid. looking forward to this weekend though. im coming out if rock hill, sc. Thanks
 
NO unfortunately not...4 idiots last year ruined it for everyone as they were caught trying to drive all the way to Troy saying that they thought they had permission (which they signed the waivers showing the only places you could drive to)...So they did not allow those permits for us this year...

i was just reading an article about last years rockvember and they got the DOT to let buggies cross the highway to get to the trails....what about this year?

Hey man your answer is above I guess some guys screwed it up last year so they didnt get it approved.
