His sole purpose for running was to get Bush out of office.
He ran a worse campaign than Sniff'em Joe did.
He dropped out of the race 6-7 months before the election, came back in just in time to campaign with 3 infomercials and 3 debates and he conceded before the evening news came on.
The only reason he was on half of the states ballots was because of his early start.
BUT, he was sharp, and a good business man. He probably would have been very similar to Trump.
He started out good, and committed, but when actually confronted about issues by a group, he would flip-flop positions and that was the reason he had the controversy he dropped out over.
