No, it's been weighed, and it's under the rated capacity for each axle.

These newer Sailuns are rated to 4400# each, which is a lot more than the 3500# hub capacity and more than the 3750# wheel capacity. Is also within spitting distance of what a 17.5 tire would do, all for about $200/tire out the door.
