The only thing that they were efficient at was taking my payment. Ordered a new exhaust manifold for my truck last Thursday 11/5 for delivery on Monday 11/9. Got email on 11/9 that fedex label was created then later that day it would be delivered on 11/10. Well you guessed it I didn’t receive parts on 11/10, then I received an email that it would be delivered 11/11. Gave fedex till this evening to deliver which they didn’t so called customer service at car parts.com at about 7:30 to demand a refund and no help from them other than fedex has till 8:00 pm for delivery and the shipment was scanned in Maiden NC at 7:17 pm today. Told the foreign bitch there is no way in hell they can make that trip in 43 minutes since it’s a couple hours from home. Finally got pissed enough that they got a manager on the phone and processed my refund. Never again will I deal with these idiots.
 
First question. Why was that website your choice to purchase from? The website looks pretty damn hokey.

^^ i have ordered tons of parts from Amazon, in large part bc i know it will be delivered quickly.

Well it’s where I found it the cheapest and advertised to be here before Amazon as well. Local parts house is getting my business unless the one I ordered shows up then I’ll put it on for free. Did I say SCREW car parts.com yet? :flipoff:
 
The vac hose I ordered came Fedex. At 2320 last night. Fedex has been getting later and later up here in Wentworth. They are becoming almost useless.

I also had issues with Carparts.com. Ordered some Jeep parts that they said they had, which Amazon and Rock Auto didn't have, the description was what I needed, the picture was what I needed and the part that showed up couldn't have been farther from what I ordered. Their response was for me to ship it back, at my expense and they would determine if it was them or me. I told them if they didn't issue a call tag and refund my purchase, I would contest it with my CC company. No call tag but I did get the refund.

I think all the people shopping online for guns and ammo has swamped fed ex,ups etc. It will only get worse w santa coming to town.

The claymores are armed at 1900. If the camera alarm goes off after that, I wait for the 1st explosion. If they've reached the second camera, I have the bull barrel pointed their way
