The only thing that they were efficient at was taking my payment. Ordered a new exhaust manifold for my truck last Thursday 11/5 for delivery on Monday 11/9. Got email on 11/9 that fedex label was created then later that day it would be delivered on 11/10. Well you guessed it I didn’t receive parts on 11/10, then I received an email that it would be delivered 11/11. Gave fedex till this evening to deliver which they didn’t so called customer service at car parts.com at about 7:30 to demand a refund and no help from them other than fedex has till 8:00 pm for delivery and the shipment was scanned in Maiden NC at 7:17 pm today. Told the foreign bitch there is no way in hell they can make that trip in 43 minutes since it’s a couple hours from home. Finally got pissed enough that they got a manager on the phone and processed my refund. Never again will I deal with these idiots.
