Sending a quick update here, I've had a few guys asking about him.
They sent him home after about a week in the hospital. He finished his last round of antibiotics last Friday and all of his open wounds have pretty much healed. He still has one tiny spot that is almost closed up. His leg just looks like it has burn scars on it now. He's going to take a little bit to mentally be back to normal, but he should be fine.
I imagine he's going to do yard work in a full hazmat suit now.

BTW, did anyone see the boy at the Beach, that buried his legs in the sand? A common thing right? He came out with his legs all Eaten up! Open wounds, blisters, looking like 3rd degree burns! It was whatever was in that sand. Make you scared to go barefoot!
