Serious steering problem.....

I think warriorwelding is right. The caster being off that much must be the problem. How does the truck drive? Does it wander around bad?

I wouldnt say it wonders bad, but it definety goes where it wants to. Measured eye to center pin last night. The driver side rear shackle to center pin was almost 1/2 inch closer then the pasenger side, which might be explaining the measurements earlier in the post. Its like the axle got forced in there, because even lookin at shackles, its clear as day one sits straight and the other leans a little foward.

New Bern is that toward the coast? Have you got any help or another set of eyes that you trust to look it over? It could help. I've had guys in the shop spot something or help solve an issue before when I've got fustrated or hit a wall with a particular problem. Trouble shooting over the net can be like fixing the wiring on a firetruck after its all been burnt to a crisp, it can be a crap shoot til you get enough strung out to see whats going on the other end.
Only thing is wiring like the steering geometry. You can run both a bunch of different ways and methods. But only a few are workable and affective. Get the angles right at least that will be something that want be in the "might be the problem" column. BTW I like analogies so I wasn't trying to be a smart ass or a jokester, just the way I talk.
Any of the leaves bent with that 1/2 variance?

i like your firetruck analogy, it gave me a good chuckle. Yea, ive had several buddies over to have a look, everything they suggest ive already done or replaced. Both leaves appear to be straight.
