shopspace in triad?

I saw a sign Saturday on Old 421 (Colfax, Mkt. St., call it what you want,) that said "Garage for rent." I didn't get the #, but if you want to check it out, it's a white paper sign on the north side of the road just west of the Sandy Ridge light. Better hurry up before the rain washes it away! :p
 
adding 220 isn't hard....If you find a shop and it doesn't have it PM me I'm down that way all the time and I'll hook it up for ya(as long as there is an electrical panel in the shop area with a suitable main breaker)

Called there today, very nice garage. It has an office up front. Roughly 1800-2000 square feet. Could fit 4-5 trucks in there. A/C and heat, bathroom and water there. Has an acre of fenced in land around it but he is asking 1800 a month.
 
I think there's a shop for rent on Pleasant ridge near 68 close to that golf course and storage facility.
