Snow fall?

Yup, the Hudlow FD was at the hill I mentioned on Whitesides rd on the way back home and said the roll over had priority over the two cars in the ditch. He then started to explain to me to be careful on preceding down the hill and then stopped himself, looked at the vehicle and said never mind, you know. LOL
I don't think it's as bad as, cain creek, If I was alone earlier I prob would've went down it.

The truck in the pic had just gotten out of the ditch, when the came along.

Sheeee... If I lived in your neighborhood, I'd park our explorer there, too.

If I had good coverage me too, probably the best way to get rid of the damn things.

Local cops closed down a N Church Street in Browns Summit, few miles away from me because cars kept sliding off the road on a steep downhill. Police were posted at both ends telling cars to turn around and find another way home.

Pretty big group of us went out parking lot sliding, no major incidents... A girl slid into a fire hydrant (really lucky she barely tapped it, and I mean barely) because that would have been a doozy. Lots of dumbassery but no other injury or damage.

left work around 10am yesterday lady decided to stop on the steepest part of the mountain and caused a back up ..... Around the corner it turns flat the rest of the way

about 4" in fayetteville on top of .5" of ice.

CANT wait to get off work!

147 in Durham was fine at 730 this morning. And so were most of the roads in Downtown Durham that I take to get to our office. Now all the side streets to get to 147 from my apartment were a different story. Ice rink, but the RWD car on summer tires still got it done. People around here still follow too damn close though in these conditions.

I saw a work van in a ditch upside down and a light pole knocked down in Concord this morning on the way in. Looked like the van was going around a curve to fast and slid off the road into the ditch and flipped.

I made it to work on time (7am) this morning only to realize after getting here that they had issued a two hour delay! I was shocked. They very rarely close or delay work. There must be somebody new in charge of making that decision. Hwy 68 was clear. Drove 60mph in the Ram no problem.

Going to Charlotte Friday anybody know how 24/27 is between vass and Albemarle
