Throwing some chicken thighs in the egg tonight. Trying this new seasoning recommended by a member here.

I'd describe it as a Montreal for chicken. we use it a lot. Sometimes I'll let it fester overnight (marinade) in lime juice, Kick'n Chicken, and Cajun for more kick.What is the kicken chicken spices like John?

It’s gonna turn out perfect. Enjoy the process! lolHere we go. About 3 hrs into what should be a 6-8 hr cook. Already in the 90’s here in the sunshine state. Smoker is giving me fits. Restarted it twice but still not wanting to hit set point. 30-40 degrees one side and the other. Gonna be a hot one!
Oh, and the AC died in the camper last night. Just replaced two months ago. The repair place doesn’t work weekends….

Along the same lines here. Had the parents over and cooked burgers, taters, and Mac and cheese.Brisket came out awesome! Invited my parents and Mil over for lunch today.

You should come down for our Cinco de Mayo party next year, a couple kegs of Modelo, and 20lbs of tortillas, 80lbs of meat, Asada, Pollo, and Carnitas, oh and a few bottle of Tequila.
