I got my junk running now. The 4.0 sounds nasty running off the header!

To do's: tranny shifter, fuel pump wiring, tail light wiring, make sure I tightened everything.
 
I'm in the process of 3-linking the front currently. Although I have a pass. drop dodge 60, I will have my upper link mount on the driver's side, because thats where it had to fit. I've got my bracketry for my lowers tacked in on the frame and axle, props to Ruffstuff. I'll be running 33" adjustable lowers and a 30" adjustable upper with bushings on the axle end and JJ's on the frame end. For anybody thinking of doing the 3 link with their junk and having a hard time fitting the upper frame mount somewhere, here's a solution I came up with. It somewhat mimics the poly performance bracketry, but way cheaper. I have about $20ish in it.

I just got some link tabs from Ruffstuff and cut them to fit on a 4.5"x3" (3/8th thick) piece of angle and notched it to go around the body mount on the driver's side. Couldn't mount it on the pass. side because of the starter. It puts the JJ sideways, but so does poly's kit.
 
You could totally drive that to App. :shaking: :flipoff2:
 
Hey man if it doesn't drive too badly after this 3 link business, once I get the tranny and brakes sorted out, I would be down for it (both suck). Going up the hill would be fine, but going down would probably be a wild ride. You workin on your junk this weekend?

New ride height for the haters:flipoff2: It's 5 inches lower by the way.
 
I don't have any pictures of the back yet. I'm running 16" SAW 2.0 air shocks in the front.

Hahaha never satisfied. Yep... whenever you feel the need to help this one man band, let me know. Maybe Will can get some time in on it too? :flipoff2:

P.S. - it won't be going any lower without me chopping the frame off at the firewall and going to tube, or pushing the wheelbase about 8" in the front... but that will have to wait until full hydro is necessary. Right now I'm limited to 3.5" of up travel.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. The next time I'm in town, I'll hopefully get the air shocks mounted up. The links are in and done.
 
And for some tech: My lowers are 32.5", my upper is 28". I'm gonna be running SAW 16" 2.0 air shocks that I have (and is the only thing left to do). My upper link bracket is 3.5" from my frame, limiting me to an up-travel in that neighborhood. I'm running a bushing and JJ on my lower, and two JJ's on my upper because my frame mount for the upper is sideways. It looks like this:

I have 4" of separation at the frame and 8" of separation at the axle. My upper is for the most part parallel with the ground.

Oh, and 78% anti-squat for the calc guys. Haha
 
You should just go spring under! LOL :D
