I'm not talking extravagant, I'm just talking something that has been in your head for a while you'd like to do, or in my case, something I always wanted to collect.

What is it? Well, it's something a lot of people do collect. License plates. Specifically, one from each state. I have seen the fake ones where they appear to have a plate from each state, cut out to form the map of the USA. I always thought it'd be kewl to have a map drawn out up on the inside wall of my shop, and put a plate in each states area. It's probably not something that would ever happen given my age and the fact I hardly ever go outside of the state, much less leave my home! But it's something that I think of often.

OK, Post up

Wheel my jeep.

Want to travel to the western states to wheel and sight see for a couple of months. Maybe some day. I did get to go to Alaska for 11 days was #1 on my bucket list. This is #2 Don't have many other thing on my bucket list got to do most of them in some fashion.

I want to go back to South America one more time. Argentina and Chile.

1. Pick up a perfect size/shape canoe, load it with camping gear, find the official start of the Broad river up in Western NC and spend an entire month floating and camping it all the way to the SC coast.

2. Find atleast two more people that's crazy enough to go with me.

Alaska - at least a month or so. we have some friends that live on the kenai peninsula and they have been asking us to come up and spend a month salmon fishing, black bear hunting, moose.
This was one of mine too! I also have a couple friends that I have through various FB groups, that have repeatedly invited me to come there too. Before my health took a turn for the worse, I was actually really wanting to doo this.

Join the 200mph club. No real reason, just because.

For the folks that mentioned Alaska, by all means do it. I spent a couple weeks up there a few years ago driving the Dalton from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay and back again, camping along the way. Had a damned blast.

I use to what to get in the South Edisto at the family land and take it all the way to the coast. The older I get the less I want to sleep anywhere but a air bed or real bed and have daily hot showers and a flush toilet....

Transamerican Trail on a motorcycle.

Good fried of mine just did that. He had to break it into two legs.

I have a couple on my list. One of the top ones is stay on 4x4 beach in NC. Rent a house for a long weekend and enjoy.

Thank you.
I love this country and it would be an honor to become an integral part of it.
That right there should be enough. I think we would be in alot better shape if more Americans felt this way.

My family did that last yr. It was alot of fun. I am not much for the beach, but being able to drive out on it, and not carry a load of crap, was awesome.

the guys are retired game wardens, one of their sons is a professional fishing and hunting guide. they come down to NC every year to deer hunt for a couple weeks at thanksgiving because one of them is originally from NC. My buddy went for the salmon run for a couple weeks when he graduated college. they keep telling us they aren't getting any younger and were stupid for not coming now when we got free places to stay, eat and people to guide us. But its hard to be starting a career and then walk in one day and say im taking 8 weeks off see ya later.
