Anyone near Carthage/Sanford/Pinehurst that has some mobile home/equipment trailer wheels and tires???

Size 8-14.5

Need the wheel/tire combo. Need a bunch as they keep failing.

Need them now. Somewhat stuck as I’ve used all my spare tires and the last one I put on has a nail in it (they were all brand new).

Call or text me. 252-341-2016

Thanks!
Rob

Just down the way in Aberdeen but I don’t have anything that would fit unfortunate. @Stuntman Autoworks @kaiser715

Ended up parking the trailer just of 73 between West End and a couple miles before 501. Heading to Carthage or Sanford to crash and try it again in the morning.

Pulled the leaking tire so someone would have to very motivated to take off with it tonight with just 3 tires. Hopefully it remains untouched tonight.

Thankfully I don’t have class in the morning. 😁

Wish you could get it to my place it would be safe here at the house and a warm bed to be found close in Aberdeen/pinehurst/southern Pines.

I appreciate that!

I’m not far but with the last good tire leaking air, I doubt it would last. It may, but the last thing I want is another blowout on the side of the road. At that point, it’s stuck right there, which is why I dropped it where it is. It’s easy to work on n the morning.

I’m crashing in Pinehurst so if I can find some tires or anyone knows of any around, I can grab them in the morning from wherever.

I’m even ok getting wheels and tires new from a shop, I just need to find some in the area.

I shared with a few people I know down that way. Hopefully you can find some, but if you're still there by late morning let me know. I can bring several on my way to Uwharrie.

go to any trailer place they will sell you tires and wheels for around 50.00 a tire. I just bought 12 a few weeks ago at a trailer lot in Middlesboro, Ky.

Right now I’m just going to do the minimum, meaning a few tires to safely get me to a trusted place to drop off and come back with a real trailer. That way I’m not throwing good $ on a mediocre trailer.

I took a risk and lost this one.

This is my first experience with these wheels and tires. I’m guessing any trailer sales place? Or mobile home place?

Most good ol boy tire shops will have some 14.5s or know someone who does.

They will also tell you there are no decent brand new 14.5s out there, they all china junk now

I agree. I’m this wheel/tire market not really by choice, but then again, of my own doing. 🙄

To the tires defense, the first culprit was a bent wheel by something in the road. The second one who knows, probably overloaded.

Places that sell mobile homes is where to get you some tires quick they will have a pile of them around. Just go in and ask whoever is in the front they will hook you up. Or you can go to a trailer park with a 6 pack and trade for some tires. You will find them just about everywhere that deals in junk.

I can probably also get the axles and have a slew of spares.

Too bad I’m in Pinehurst. Not many trailer parks around here. Lol

I use Hudson Brothers Trailers to buy mine complete, tire and rim, $100 each. not used, all new. You can probably call them in the AM and they will tell you a local dealer who has them. I have a few here that I would donate to you but again, I'm in Mint Hill so a good hour and a half from you. If Anyone wants to come get them I can arrange it but I can't do it, I'm slammed at work and have to be there. You're in Carthage, there's GOT to be mobile home places all around you where you can scavenge enough tires to get home. These are actually good enough tires if they arent dry rotted to hell or run with low pressure.
Edit, Hudson Bros Trailers 704 753 4393

I just got in from a meeting. No tires to fit, but have sent texts out to some guys here to see what they have.

If nothing else, you are welcome to my flatbed trailer to pick it up. 20+2 feet, has 12k winch to drag it on.

I will send a text

The ones i bought was new or had maybe one trailer move on them for 50.00 each. If you were closer i would hook you up with tires i have around 30 around here on and off of trailers.

This was a free trailer with the deal. All tires were brand new. (WERE)

I think k I’m going to spend the minimum $ to get it to Bear Creek to a trusted friend and come back for it so I’m not fighting this for the next 3 hours to Greenville.
