SxS on road in NC

Just a couple weeks ago I got my golf cart tagged and titled for road use down at the beach. It's a requirement at Sunset. Had to turn it into a LSV versus a golf cart (brake lights, bigger motor to maintain minimum speed, horn, hazards, DOT tires and windshield, wiper, et....) and get liability insurance. Can go anywhere that's 35mph and under.

Hardest part was finding a spot who could inspect it and add the VIN since golf carts don't have VINs.

Well who did you use to inspect and stamp the vin? I picked up a golf cart cheap and I'm trying to do the same thing.

We went to downtown CLT Sunday and as we were at a stoplight at 5th and Tryon, a group of probably 12 went rolling by on Tryon on dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. Several weren’t wearing helmets. 3 did wheelies as they went thru the intersection. I thought maybe they were celebrating the bill, but in actuality, I doubt they’ve heard of it.
This made me chuckle!
