Matt Wilkerson has in-cab video of the 22r grenading the next day on Little Buffalo in Robbinsville. Guess engines that spend 90% of thier time on their side and at 6k RPMs just cant last too long. lol

Sold the tires/wheels it came with for same as I bought the 33's. :huggy:

Looks like Im hauling a 4Runner axle back to Clt from Ga in a 4 door Honda tomorrow. :D:D:D

Mine is an example of this and propane isnt gonna help!!

How much you gonna take out of the bed? I had a buddy that took out 8 inches on his Comanches bed and it turned out pretty dang good and looked it too.

I am thinking about 15-16 inches from the research I have done. I like em stubby.

Still waiting for some help with better fab skills(Can actually cut a straight line, etc.) So's i dont ruin a pretty mint bed. If it was dented/rusty I'd probably have cut it already.

shoot just lay out some painters tape measure three times and cut that bissh lol

Thats as far as I got last night. Gotta grab some sawzall blades and cutoff wheels in a little bit...get back to it this afternoon.

Looks good so far. I've been debating on cutting mine down. Just hard to justify cutting a clean straight bed.

Thats a nice clean MJ. Loving the build. If you have any MJ specific questions you can go to www.comancheclub.com tons of great info there if you havent been yet. Another good site is www.4bangerjp.com for tons of great 2.5 engine info. It really is a good motor if you dont expect too much out of it. You should be good with 4:88 gearing and 33's. Theres a bunch of stuff you can do to the dana 30 to beef it up a little too. HD axles, tube sleeving trusses etc, but you have a disco front axle so the sleeving may not apply. The above sites have writups on locking that vacuum disconnect in place to make sure you dont loose 4x4 if you pull a vac line off. Nice truck and keep up the good work.

Thanks guys.

Truck has been built on a 100% recylcled budget from selling shit I've had laying around...and still will be for a bit, as my financial advisor doesnt usually agree with my spending habits, and I got to get back working on the Dodge. I just had to get something to take on the trails again ASAP, I needed a wheelin fix.

I do still got a few tricks up my sleeve for this, though.
