Does that kit come with the injector mods needed to stop the pinging issues?
 
Mine doesn't ping, I actually talked to LC directly and the "stock" pulley the SC comes with, the stock injectors will provide plenty of fuel. When you go smaller and up the boost is when you need to change injectors, now mine runs 13-15 psi with the larger injectors and no issues. And when you find a deal on a used one its so easy to put on and makes such a big difference its hard not to go with it.

They are real and sleeping safely on a pallet. Waiting for Artec to ship my truss and a few other components before she goes under the knife. I’m sad too my brother.

I’m deep enough on this ton swap to have been able to find a deal and purchase a built rig already and be wheeling. But that’s not how we roll. It’s the hard way or the highway.

GM60 truss. I’m keeping the rear on leaves for now due to budget.
 
Got the 60 brackets removed and cleaned up.

These perches in the 14 bolt… this shit sucks.

The are so damn thick. After seeing the first one, I cut the second one differently. Grinding that shit down now. Had to take a break and get something to drink and another grinding disk.

Been running the grinder all day. Back hurts, headache, burned.

One down and one to go.
 
Threw in the towel with all but the last 20% on one perch remaining. A little flap wheel, some wire wheel, a trip to the car wash and the axles will be ready to go.

Artec stuff arrived finally.

Need joints, links still. Probably get the coilovers and air bumps ordered first of the week. Been off for two weeks and some parts ordering will be a welcome distraction at work. Lol.

Finally feels like there can be some progress.
 
Had a call with the coilover guy at the shop my buddy works at in Cali yesterday… Talked for 20 minutes on my buddy’s cell phone with him.

And…

He sent me a quote afterwards…. And my wallet got kinda light today… Ordered some ADS 2.5 14” coilovers that’s he’s going to revalve and ship with air bumps. Test springs are being drop shipped. Working on getting some RK heims for the links through them also.
