Includes my baby girl. Leah Michelle Poplin will graduate on 5-12-18.
Her major is in English, pedagogy concentration.
Secondary education as a minor.
And i am proud as hell of her!
If you have a "wild child", stay involved and it will work out for the best.
Trust me.
And she's already working on her masters degree.
Did i mention i'm proud of her?

Congrats! My two just finished their first year. One will be done next year the other... well we shall see. I hope he gets his doctorate so I can say my sons a DR....... in English.
 
Congratulations! I'm sure your daughter is smart, but UNCC will give a degree to anybody, even ME!

Seeing your kid succeed far past what YOU are capable of is one very few feelings that can be topped. Yet another area we both share in (daughters kickin ass and taking names in the big school house)

I graduated from UNCC in '99. Very proud of the school and how it's grown. Congrats to your daughter.
 
@Paul tell her congrats from me, I'm only a year out from there and I can tell you it's an awesome feeling to graduate.

But you have met Leah when you did the floors at her house. She's mean as a snake and acts just like her Dad. No DNA test needed. She's my kiddo.

Congrats to the young lady! I know graduating college was the greatest achievement I had (up to that point). Now if I had actually gotten a job using it that would have been cool too but the Army has been my job for 16 years lol.

Paul as two beautiful, smart and accomplished daughters. While trying to pull double duty as mother and father, he fails at his ladies night out attire. But otherwise does a great job.
Congrats Leah and enjoy your cruise!
