I thought thread locker was a no no because it makes it impossible to get a true torque reading when checking?
I'm going to side with the strawman. Accounting for human error is an appropriate dimension for a design matrix.So permanent Loctite is the solution to improper fastener torque, and paint creep causes loss of fastener preload. Cool.

What about wheel scrub, and added stress on bearings? I always figured that to be the other issues. But i guess at only 1-1.5" its probably minor, and also depebds on ch the depth of the wheel backspacing.
Big spacer, had to run 3 inch spacers on the rear to match the track widthJust asking for discussion. Don’t all dually trucks have a spacer in the front?
