Tractor Thoughts

@LBarr2002 Hows that tractor working out for you? In my research I've come across Kioti. This is a new one to me. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on them? I've done some more research and even called on a Kobota mini x. Lets just say the sticker shock was real for what the payment per month would be. So I'm back to dreaming and saving.

A lot of the smaller Kioti tractors are assembled in Knightdale.

On a related note, I couldn't believe how many tractors they had out back in racks in the state they're shipped. Crated, no wheels, no ROPs. My machine was actually produced in December 2022.

I ended up buying a New Holland Workmaster 40 used with about 86hrs on it. It was a 2021 model. Ran it about 4hrs so far with a 5' bush hog and so far so good. It did a regen while I was mowing. No issues there while it was in use so that's nice. Tractor is hydrostatic and also has the 3rd function kit for the loader. Keeping an eye out for a grapple of some sort to run on it.
The hydraulics are unbelievably strong as compared to my little 1310. I can see it getting me in trouble that's for sure.

I picked up a 1700 ford awhile back with the same loader on it as your ford. I guess I might have the same complaint of low hyd power. Time will tell lol

Well if you don't have anything to compare it to then you are good! Haha! I have zero complaints for the 1310. I have had that tractor for close to 15yrs and it has done everything I have asked of it and more. I have kept up my 8ac with it, spread/moved many a ton of dirt and gravel, moved firewood, etc. I am on the fence about even selling it now that I have this new one. The whole no electronics thing makes it so reliable it's not funny. I am sure this workmaster will be down more than this 1310 has ever been over the years.
