Triangle sublets

Been trying to find a sublet in the triangle (closer to Raleigh the better) but the where, as long as it is a safe area, doesn't matter. I turned to the usual suspects (craigslist and the facebooks) but it is all high end or spam.

We are looking for a short term lease so we can move out while we complete a he renovation.

As usual.....I end up here, asking my question. Anyone have any good leads, places to look, or have a place you rent?
 
I've heard of realtors doing rental brokerage, you could call around and look into that.
