Well, in my quest for world domination or just to have a ride that won't fall apart I have finally mounted my ORIs :burnout: So where I mounted them is the issue. Long ago I converted my 14bolt to disc brakes. I got the brackets from GLO. They've worked flawlessly for years but now the ORI is in the way. Regardless of the position on the center line of the axle tube (almost...I'm not inboarding the ORI that much). The issue is that the pin that runs through the caliper and screws into the GLO bracket can't come out because it hits the ORI. To resolve this I think I might be able to rotate the bracket 90° but that would make the caliper sit where the bleeder valve is not on top. Has anyone had issues with doing this? Could I reverse bleed the brakes and still have a good pedal?

switch sides as said.

or

remove caliper leave hose attached. place a c-clamp on the piston & so it wont pop out whne bleeding. compress back in & mount the caliper.

Here's a before pic.

When you say swap sides wouldn't that put the brake line going over the rotor? Maybe I'm confused.

Are they bolt or caliper brackets, if so move them back one set of holes. The 14 bolt spindle flange is square.
yeah that's what I was saying. I'll unbolt them and rotate 90°

my calipers are on the back side of the axle with the bleeder facing up, looks as if you can do the same. You will just have to switch the calipers side to side to get the bleeder screw to face up
