Yeah...when I first saw them doing the R&D everyone was expecting $6-800...I've only seen one new on the forums/FB pages. They haven't been out long though.

yup that's pretty much exactly what I did w/ my 4Runner top, even made another one for another guy on here. Best mod I've ever done.

I also saved the rectangle I cut out of the top, bolted a lip around it so it could be dropped back in so it was a solid top if wanted.

Note w/ a hole that big, you'll need a cross-bar of some kind to support the canvas/vinyl in the middle or it will sag, especially on the highway when wind is pushing it down. Simple enough though.
