Would you go to the Uwharrie area and pay a small fee to ride a city/county/non-profit owned trail system during the time the Forest Service Uwharrie OHV trail system is closed?

Probably not. Winter time is good time for repairs and modifications.

Yes, I'd be willing to pay to ride somewhere close to URE. Especially if the trails were difficult enough to keep me entertained and there was enough to do to make a day of it (similar to the Flatts) so it's worth the diesel fuel to tow from Fayetteville.

I would especially if there were some challenging trails, I'm probably gonna make some people mad but the ure trail system is very tame theres not really any challenging area there once you get to a 33 or 35" tire. If these other trails your talking of are any more difficult than the toughest ure trail then I probably wouldn't go to ure anymore except with somebody else that's new to offroading.

yeah,have to agree with the majority on the fact that it needs more challening parts and little less dirt road,though.If Uwharrie had just a few more areas like kodak rock and daniel it would get alot more traffic.
