V6, SM465, NP 205 in LC Build

I am in the process of replacing my 2F motor and installing:
chevy V6 from Astro Van
SM465 tranny
NP205 transfer case.
Progress as of today:
2F motor pulled and sold.
All frame rails cleaned and brackets cut off.
On the motor replaced the oil pan and gasket and looked over valve covers.
In progress of making motor mounts, have bought clutch and fly wheel and hope to get motor and tranny, transfer case bolted up soon.
More to come.
Just finished the garage which is 24x32.

Manifold issue

Started putting the monifolds on and found that they were not lining up. All bolts in but 1 you can see the yellow mark which indicates how much I am off? Any thoughts?

So got some work done this weekend but found that one of the motor mount bolt holes in the block is trashed. No way to get a bolt in the hole the casting has broke on one of the 3 bolt holes. Any suggestions on what to do? Would 2 out of 3 hold the V6?

I will take pics of the broken motor mount bolt. Helicoil will not work already thought of that, What the chances with 2, grade 8 bolts out of 3 holding it? The bolt pattern looks like a triangle. 2 up top and one on the botoom. Top right is the one broke. So there would be 1 on top left and 1 on bottom.

you probably wouldnt have any troubles, but fix it while you've got the motor out, you dont wanna have to go back in a yr and try to get it fixed

Motor Mount Bolt Pic

Here is my motor mount issue I have on the block. Talked to my bros back in IN and feel that the best fix is to weld a stud in the hole and just have 2 bolts and 1 stud. Should be able to weld stud on pretty easy and just bolt it on.
