Wakeboard tower speakers in a wheeling rig?

I'm on my second set of wakeboard speakers and after listening to a friends shockproof/waterproof Bluetooth speaker all wknd on a boat I know that's what I'll be buying next. His was under $100. It got dropped and wet and never skipped a beat.

Who are they made by?

I have heard good reviews for the Wetsound bars, but they are pricey.
