Spare tire mount. Same one I have in my enclosed trailer. Your missing the 5-6" long stud and aluminum piece that slides down the track.

That's nice, as I have never looked into mounting a spare. BUT, to go that far, Why didn't they provide a locking nut?

That looks fine for an enclosed trailer, where you can rest the weight on the floor, but that's useless on an open trailer

Pretty darn simple on Google or Samsung devices: just click and hold on the picture and then click "Search Google for this image". Not sure about other devices.

As good as I am on a PC, I'm a dinosaur On a phone. I'd still have a flip phone had it not fallen out of my coat pocket a few years ago and forced me to get a smartphone

And it can't slide out the bottom of the mount that is on your trailer. But, it Is hard to see that pin, holding a bouncing tire/wheel combo!

Well if the tire hits the trailer before the nut bottoms out, the nut will also clamp the tire/wheel to the trailer as well. In the first picture, looks like the plate it is mounted to has a lip at the bottom as well.
