What have you done for your health today?

I usually meal prep chicken and greens or smoked pig and said greens. But I don't weigh it, aint no damn machine gonna tell me:cool:
 
I have just cut out more of my sugary snacks. Wife still does some meal preps. My appetite has been way off. Between that and feeling every symptom that checks with diabetes its about time to get my first physical in about 18 years.
Lost about 15 lbs without trying much. My knee I should have got cut on in January and backed out likes the newer weight. My energy has been stupid low.
Between heart, blood sugar, and male testosterone issues running in my family who knows if I got something going on.
 
Found a crazy deal on a brand new Titan hack squat/leg press machine only 15 minutes from my house. Garage gym expansion underway…
