I have just cut out more of my sugary snacks. Wife still does some meal preps. My appetite has been way off. Between that and feeling every symptom that checks with diabetes its about time to get my first physical in about 18 years.
Lost about 15 lbs without trying much. My knee I should have got cut on in January and backed out likes the newer weight. My energy has been stupid low.
Between heart, blood sugar, and male testosterone issues running in my family who knows if I got something going on.
I cut about 5 lbs over the past 8 weeks and am taking a little diet break right now. I think I’ll chill here at 185 (5’11”) for a couple weeks, then I may push to 180 in an effort to see an ab muscle
Lower back pain has been an issue for a while now. Might have to return to the chiropractor
really cutting back on my drinking. I never felt like I drank a lot as far as volume but it was the frequency in which I drank that bothered me. doing good so far. I've only drank 2 days out of the last 2.5 weeks. Also cutting back on my sugar and salt and trying to eat more whole foods and more protein. Also have starting biking 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles at night along with lifting.
ended the service technician position i was in, sitting and waiting for the dealers to call with issues. Started manufacturing engineer position. on my feet and moving around all day. nice change.
6 week post-op for the knee replacement today.
Should go well, and I hope to get back in the gym and on the elliptical bike.
May even break out the the old Wally World Mt. Bike and fix it up.
I used to love riding around Salem Lake .
6 month checkup this morning with my doc for my lymphoma. A few markers were a little higher than normal, but nothing to concern my doctor. Lymph nodes aren’t swollen, no masses found. I go back in December for another 6 month checkup.
Made the decision to go sober. This is gonna be a fight but I’ve gotten too comfortable making too much beer disappear on a daily basis. 48hrs in. Here we go!

You can do it. I pretty much never drink and I’m still a smartass and a dumbass, so there’s a good chance nothing will change for you too! Plus I save hundreds (maybe thousands?) of dollars a year and can drive whenever I want!
