So, let's see who can guess what it is.
 
Some kinda hoist that unfolds to be taller but it can't lift too much with those little wheels. something for a piano?
 
Left handed potato stretcher.
 
It is a portable lift to pour or dump something in a factory.
 
It's an early Fork Lift, or as it was called then, a Tiering Machine circa 1909

On the Main Gear spokes, under an inch of dirt I found "Economy Engineering, Chicago, US. When I googled that, I found and Ebay auction for an advertisement.

it's a Crown, pretty much a given
 
That is a good one Brant, but I have a question. Am I looking at it wrong or is it two speed? Looks like you can move the crank handle to the other shaft for a slower speed.
