What meat did you cook on "Meatmas" Christmas day?

You Sir, are a badass! More info on the fridge/smoker please.
1950s fridge I found at the scrap yard. Electric element with thermostat. Most of the shelves were already there. Made a few more. Bradley smoke generator. It will hold 225 degrees all day long. The generator drops a wood biscuit every 20 minutes. The stack coming out the top came from the scrap yard too.

anybody remember "The Southern Sportsman...Frank White"? He used to build this same type smoker except he used a hot plate for smoke production. Gotta be a OOOOOLLLLDDDDD fridge to do it tho.
 
oh yea,I fried a turkey with a rub of salt,black P,red P, and cayane P. Came out perfect and all was gone the next mornin.
 
Did two boston butts on charcoal and hickory wood. 10.5 hours cooking.
