Varies. Retirement has its perks.

Winter, I stay up later and sleep in until it warms up a few degrees outside. Bed anywhere from 10 to 3am.

Summer, in bed by 10 or 11 so can get up with the sun and do things outside before it gets hot.

Usually try and schedule appointments after 10 or 11 a.m. at least so don't have to get up and rush.

Mine is all of the above. I try to get to bed around 9-9:30 but half the time it's 12.

I really like to be asleep before 9. So that makes bed time 8. I've got a little co sleeper so getting them to bed is pretty important to me. So we do our nightly routine and are usually asleep before 9. I am also asleep as soon as I close my eyes. I am very thankful for that.

I'm all over the place. Was in the bed around 8 last night and asleep around 830-845, but most nights it's 11p-1a.

I don't want to mess up the poll, but I work 2nd shift and have been for the last 10 years...I work from 2:30 to 11:00pm. I normally need to wind down for at least an hour or two before hitting the sack, so I voted for midnight or later.

Summer when it's daylight at 9 I'm a lot less likely to be "getting ready" for bed though.
Same...When it's dark at 6pm my body is feeling it. So come 9 I'm ready to start the crash routine. But in the summer I'm still outside till 8 and don't eat till 9 so I have to sit up till 11 so my dinner don't creep back up (yay hiatal hernia #fukoldage) which means I'm ready to shoot the alarm in the am :sniper:

Y’all got sleep schedules? I work swing shift so a month of days/month of nights 7-7. Day shift I usually try and get in bed by 11:30 or so and alarm goes off at 5, night shift I try and go to bed by 9 or so and get up around 2. When I’m on night shift and I’ve got days off, as soon as I play out that morning I start my day and usually crash somewhere around 10/11 that night and get up early the next day to make the most of my time off.

Usually go upstairs and lay in the bed around 9:30. Asleep usually before 10:30. wake up at 6:43. been having a real hard time getting up and motivated for the last 6 months or so. Really would like to wake up earlier during the week, but our bed is just so damn comfortable.

I'm usually anywhere from 9-10:30, but probably land around 10 most of the time. Alarm goes off at 5:25 for me to leave for work at 5:40. Up and out the door for me.

Head up and take a shower around 9:30 and in the bed asleep by around 10:00. Alarm goes off at 6:45 and out the door around 7:20 heading to work.

Wow a whole lotta boring old folks w/ early bedtimes.

For me its always after midnight. Lately I'll sit and chill on the couch to unwind around 12:15 to read, wake up from a doze then actually get in bed aroudn 1am.
Working at home has made me lazy, get up between 7 and 8, then working between 8 and 9.

Pre-cancer bedtime was 11p, usually asleep by midnight. Up at 6:30a to go to work, up no later than 7:30a if I was at work so I wasn't in the incoming crew's way. Off days got up whenever I woke up, but usually before 9a.

Post-cancer I think I've made it to bed before 1a maybe twice? Usually between 1a and 2a, sometimes staying awake until 4a or 5a before falling asleep. Up around 8a if it's my turn to get up with the youngun, or sometime between 10a and 11a if it's not. A short nights sleep usually means a nap in the afternoon when my wife gets up.

I don’t miss that shit at all.

Ha, me either! I've been here two weeks and have two or three more to go. Idk what it is about this time of year, but I always wind up being gone for a month or more every year. I'll be surprised if I'm back home before my birthday. We'll see.

Most days I've been waking up between 1 and 3 am, local time, which makes me ready for bed around 6. Then I'll be awake before midnight....like right now. It's 11:40.

Cordially around 10. Then I wake up around 12-1 to take a shower. Then I wake up at 2 or 3 to surf Youtube or here. Then I wake up between 5 and 6 to stare at the ceiling.
Best sleep I get is between 6:15 and 6:40 am.

Was all over the place....9 to 2 am and when the trend was set late it stayed that way.
Learned to make bed time a priority as of a few weeks ago. My weekends are more productive. Less mood swings and easily aggravated.
Prefer 9, wife has started calling me an old man. She gets up some mornings 4:30 and goes to a park and works out with here group. Unless it's below 32, then she does it virtually at home. I alarm at 5:45. Out the door by 6:10. Shower, coffee, teeth and meds. Grab clothes and lunch out the door.
If my routine or something gets moved out of place I get all screwed up. I have always done the 25 minute go since I was little.

Bed time is fluid but so is my sleep quality. When I feel tired I try to lay down.
Work days are:
0430 alarm
0515 out the door
0600 Work parking lot
Weekend:
Dogs up I’m up

over the years of military service and deployments I have learned to sleep when tired/ time allows and be awake when needed. Probably not healthy but 🤷🏼‍♂️

Force myself to bed 915-930, alarm goes off at 530 off to work by 630. I prob wake up 5-6 times throughout the night for no damn reasons. Non work nights I’ll stay up til 12-1 then up by 630-7. Kid is up daily by 745-8

Seems appropriate...
