What tools do you carry in your DD?

I usually don't even have a tire pressure gauge in mine.

Tire pressure gauge and a tire plug kit. Any other tools in the center console are by accident that I forgot to take out of my back pocket before jumping in. By the time I sell the truck, there are enough tools in the center console to nearly be a whole set with multiple 10mm and 9/16” wrenches.

Now. I know the OP very well so i'll suggest the following items for him to have at hand.
A hitch mount for your motorized wheelchair.
An automatic alarm that goes off at 4pm to remind you its time for the "earlybird" specials at K&W cafeteria.
Spare underwear for when you shit yourself. Yet again.
Viagra pills and extra batteries for your penis pump.
Condoms.
A .50 caliber BMG. Cuz you never know....
Bonus points if you have a grenade launcher!

Wish we had a K&W! Penis pump has lithium, so last's for a good while. Have a class 3 on all vehicles, have no freaking clue how to use the alarm function on my phone, so I wait for a friend to call or send a "wake up old man" text. vehicles are armed, just not of that caliber.

It's all relative to age of vehicle, age of occupant, and we'll you get it....older vehicles sometimes a simple fix. Or at least repairable. My father was a 60s and 70s tech. We lost a wheel bearing on Independence in Charlotte when it used to be "the" road. Locked up and slid to where we pulled off. Walk to the parts store, chisel, and some work and on to the beach.
Today however with lots better warranties and good Lord knows what electro gizmo does what.....if it isn't obvious I'm calling for reinforcements. A buddy with a trailer or a tow.


Still yet I'm stocked with as much as my father. Basic everything, spare hose sections, belts, and recovery gear. Helps to drive a toolbox though.

In my 20's I could have performed about any maintenance I needed on the side of the road. Now I don't even have a tire iron that fits the lug nuts on my truck, or a spare that fits if I did. Idk what's in my car, as far as jack/spare/tire iron. I make sure I have good tires and access to money/plastic if needed. A hundred bucks or so will just about always get you a tow off the side of the road.

Most importantly, my Glock.

This is a given. I carry everywhere but work, and I'd carry there if they'd let me.

For me it's all of the above plus a 4 foot "cheater bar" that fits over the handle of my 3/4 inch ratchet . If you have ever lived where they dump as much salt on the roads as they do here, you would understand....

I do have a small box of Dora band aids.
