Getting ready to remove the AEV Highline front fenders and inner fenders that goes with them and replace with some JCR fenders. Included with the khaki colored fenders are the market lights and custom built tube flares for the front and rear that bolt on. These AEV fenders are no longer produced and AEV says there is only one set left in America and they are at Rubitrux and not for sale. There is no rust anywhere and only some slight damage to the passenger side near the marker light. I was told by a very reputable body man that he could fix it for around $100 + paint. I would just like to see what you guys think they are worth as I’m going to start removing them in a week or so.

Are you going to be at big Creek tomorrow? Would love to see these in person. May be interested.

Not going to be at the ride tomorrow. I can send you pics if you want. Do have a couple people in line before you once I figure out what’s A fair price.

I would get the dent fixed and primered, then put them up for sale at top dollar.

I'll give ya $200 for em.

AEV has a classified forum but I don’t want to deal with all those douche bags if ya know what I mean.

As a Toyota guy...I don't like douche bags either, so I can only imagine the (vomits violently)...

I may be wrong, but there are a lot of other "high line" style fenders on the market and the "big spender" crowd moved on from tj's years ago. The $2k price was silly to begin with, I'd be beyond surprised if you got half that.
You are correct about other highline style fenders out there. Only looking for an idea of there value since they are no longer produced.

I’ll give $2.50, a button, lint in my pocket, and the turn signal I busted today...otherwise these are going to be way too rich for my blood.

I'd ask $3,000 and go from there. Sure it's high as shit but the person that you're selling them to isn't on this forum and if they want it they'll pay. I would have them fixed first. Both fenders in primer. Just like the buyers for all the rubitrux arwnt within 300 miles. You're buyer won't be either. Be ready to ship. Be ready to deal with the d-bags. The ones that can't afford it are going to hate he ones that can are probably a holes.

Well I’ve got some interested parties on here but I haven’t priced them yet cause I really have no idea what they are worth. I know if I had the dent fixed and primed I could ask more for them but if I was in the market for them I’d want to have them fixed myself so I would know how they were fixed. Another thing that I thought of on getting them primed is what if whoever buys them has a Khaki jeep like mine and they would be paying to paint the drivers fender for no reason. I am no paint expert but the primer color depends on what the finished color is going to be from what I’ve always been told.

So here is the problem I see with them. The group of people that would pay big money for them are going to want the AEV hood to match and most likely the fender flares which if I remember correctly are also discontinued. They aren't going to want a factory trimmed hood with their fancy new fenders. The fact that they are damaged I would think somewhere around $500 is fair. Heck I think the PSC Defenders are some of the best looking high lines out and they are $579 brand new.
