Picked up a 2001 chevy 2500hd 2wd on the cheap from an auction. Bought it as is not running. Got it home and jumped it off and it runs like a top. Got 83,xxx miles on 6.0 4l80e and full float 14 bolt. Rockers and cab corners are rusted out and bed is missing. Have a clean Michigan title but have not sent it off yet. Just curious is the engine and trans worth more as a swap or is it worth more as a whole? Thanks for any input in advance
 
With so few miles on it, I'd probably fix it, find a bed for it, and roll with it! Depends if you need a good truck or not and how rusty it is underneath.
