Whats Needed to pass inspection?

As far as the exhaust thats what a buddy of mine who does all my inspections told me, I'd take it to him but he's all the way in Mooresville, and I'm up here in raleigh so I gotta get it inspected up here unless I wanna trailer it down to Mooresville.

Well he's actually not in Mooresville but close by, he runs a local shop that can do inspections but he lets me come use his shop to mount tires/do my alignments/exhaust work and can give me inspections when I need em, not gonna let any names go thou sorry, he's doin it for me cause we're friends.
