$11k doesn't sound bad, but I wouldn't buy it as an investment either.

Just another 1 of his 500 projects he's planning to do something with. But he wont.
Trust me..it can be bought. I'l quiz him on it.

Ride it, strange noises are usually expensive. The value of it all depends on how much it has been beat. Check for wheel bearing movement, worn-out bushings, worn out break pads. Small stuff can add up, but you can use it to take the price down. I'm with @anvilrubi on no more than $8500...

It has aftermarket lift kit and a arms. That all looked fine.
