whats your job?

If you were my little brother I'd pimp-slap you.
Being a student is it's own full time job (assuming you take it seriously like you should), and nets you an opportunity for much better pay later.
So sit down, quit whining, and don't let the Boone air entice you into a 7-year stay.

Oh yeah I wasnt complaining or anything. I have enough cash to get my by I suppose...just cant really spend it on much besides what I need.

You work at the one in Statesville? Just curious we service that mill.

No I work in Wilsons Mills, They just bought us a year ago from Midstate in Newton, NC. We are outside of Raleigh. Norfolk Southern brings our railcars also. We are Bartletts newest mill in the country.

You all sound like you have really nice jobs. Alot of Technical jobs working and using the NC4x4 forum.

I am an E-6 (SSgt) in the United States Marine Corps. Been doing it alittle over 10 years. 3 tours of duty to a combat zone. Now, I'm taking a break and teaching. I teach driveline maintenance (Engines, driveshafts, gear boxes, ect.) of the MV-22 Osprey to Young Marines first coming into the Marine Corps.

I do PC and network support for a few local medium sized and small businesses. Right now, I have about a half dozen clients...and it's plenty to keep my happy. I do anything from building PC's to fiber optic cabling to making websites.

A few years ago, I had an employee, and a couple dozen clients, about 30-35 servers (Win/Unix/Linux/HP) and countless PC's. I figured life was too short to work 60-80 hours a week. I'm happier and less stressed now. Plus have time to work and play with the Jeeps.

Started this out of my hobby, www.steelworksunlimited.com ,all the pics on it are about 2 - 3 years old now, need to update it. Buying/selling axles, lumberjack stuff, spotlight towers, commercial tent jacks, plant stands, cutting trucks up, etc.

Commercial Credit Analyst for Wachovia. A decent foot in the door to a company that I would say is pretty well established. Even with the recent events I don't see the company going anywhere anytime soon so it beats the last job. Laid off after 6 weeks due to economic downturn. Damn housing market.
