That darn near looks like it would work. @Ron, any idea what the heat rate for this one is?

No clue.
tube size, fin count, fin thickness, water speed and air speed are the variables needed to calculate that.

a 4B Engine data shee will give you the heat rejection value...if you have an engine serial number I might even know someone who could provide the EDS.

The tanks and cores are actually good, but the solder/brazed mounts have broken away. It appears to be some kind of frankenradiator. The top tank is aluminum, the bottom tank is brass, the mounting points appear to be aluminum or some type of solder, and the mounts are steel. It's probably fixable, but given the oddness of everything else, it seems more prudent to just replace the whole thing.

My gosh man, just get new mounts put on. Just get a radiator shop or whoever to braze new mounts to the existing tanks. Maybe get them to do a quick cleanup of the core if it's cheap and non-destructive.

The best radiator for that engine is the one you already have, and that you already know works properly.

That reminds me, wasn't there a post on here awhile back, Somebody building any radiator you wanted, with aluminum?

Yep...I covered that a few posts back.
