I'm starting to look at some new beadlocks for my 40" stickies I just got. I am not used to buying shiny new things so clue me in on the better choices for a classic rig that gets used. Need 17"s in 8 lug
Here's what they'll be going on

KMC
Trail Ready
Raceline
Dirty Life

All aluminum, in that order, in my opinion, depending on budget.

Vision, Trail Gear and Method are also options. I've personally ran KMC and Trail Gear beadlocks.

Scott Goforth carries Vision and Raceline.

I've had racelines and dirty life alum. and DIY steel

Nothing wrong with racelines but when dirtylife looks as good for alot less it was a no Brainer

I went full Nerd a while back when investigating beadlock wheels and the different widths and mounting face offsets. I created this. The red line is the mounting surface. Top section is the wheels standing up all with their inboard surfaces lined up. The bottom section is with their mounting surfaces lined up.

@drkelly being all scientific while I'm over here pimping wheels for a company that gave me a set for a photoshoot 😁

If you go purple/teal, you need to go all out with the proper 90s baller attire. A Charlotte Hornets Starter jacket would also be acceptable.

I could totally see Richard rockin this with a mullet and some cutoff jean shorts cruising Myrtle Beach for chicks in 1990 😂
