Here's the trick - buy heavy equipment, because your "exercise" will come from:
- Assembling it
- Moving it to another room after not using it for a while
- Moving it again to a basement, garage, or shed
- Getting it out again later to take photos for Craigslist
- Loading it in someone's truck and happily watching it go
While takin a 85% loss on it.
 
So it's early Jan now. People make resolutions they can't stick with.
Wait about 2-3 months, thats when all the deals will be popping up,

Geez, now people who haven't read the Racist Farmers Market thread are gonna think I'm like that guy off Sons of Anarchy who had 'compulsive masturbation disorder'...

For what it's worth, I go to the gym 5 times a week and run Spartan Races. I usually put about 20lbs on between races because I like to eat sugary things(Bouncing between 240-220 at 6'3"). Then I see myself naked in the mirror and feel disgusted. Then I eat clean again and cut back down before the next race and the cycle continues.

But I never truly felt like an ugly fat ogre until I met Faye Stenning with her washboard abs last summer. She was ranked #1 in the world for Spartan Races at the time. (I'm the big idiot on the left who refused to be one of those guys who does the 'hover hands' with hot girls they don't know.)

Go the gym, get addicted. Don't get put off by the big guys in there who lift more than you. I remember when I started, I couldn't bench 135lbs. Last time I maxed out I hit 345lbs(350 still eludes me!). It's a good feeling to realize how far you've come.

And do Spartan Races.

All those years in college I wasted stalking hotties in bars and around campus were wasted. The hot fit girls who drink beer are at the Obstacle Course Races. (Tough Mudder/Spartan/Whatever else there is.)
