Who would be responsible for this?

I moved the bottle. Put it in the trash.

The thing that pisses me off is if I am paying 400 dollars a month for rent, one should expect the parking lot to be clear of debris. Not like I am asking for a new tire or set or whatever...just the 20 or so bucks to repair it...but whatever, looks fine anyways.

I wouldn't be expecting very much for that kind of coin.
Even if that'ss just half, you ain't livin' in the high society there.

Point is - you drive the vehicle, you are responsible for anything it hits. Shit happens.

Up here, yeah thats cheap. Standard is usually 475-500 or so...

but yeah I suppose I shouldn't have been such an ass about it. its fine, and even if it wasn't whatever.

$400 a mont hfor rent is cheap ANYWHERE.
At that rate you shoudl consider yourself lucky to even have a solid roof, much less a paved parking lot at all.

Tell this to some of my renters. Hell they want me to even change their light bulbs for them. Feel lucky they provide lawn care. If my tenants want their yard mowed they either do it or pay me extra to do it.
 
man i would give ANYTHING to get to pay $400 month rent...

I know Hickory isn't Downtown Atlanta...but Jesus, 1100-1200 is cheap down here and they don't clean up behind us either...I think I'm going to sue the complex for that.
