Seen this truck at the harbor freight in Winston this morning. Looked pretty cool.

Literally took less time to find all that out than it did to type this. From what I've seen on here, quite a few other members are up to par as well. I know several that could tell you the name, number, address, prior vehicles...etc of the folks they are thinking of purchasing something from before they ever meet them.

I would love to know how to do the search by someone's license plate thing, I am sure its super simple but I have never done that one before.
 
You can't....unless you're an LEO. Or KNOW an LEO that owes you a favor....but even then they've been cracking down on that stuff so it's few and far between

Since it was an amateur radio plate, it's listed with the FCC. That was the first thing that popped up.

Or better yet, line up a sale on CL and THEN steal it to sell quickly.

Even though it's easy to find my info via FCC, QRZ etc...im pretty sure I'd rather a criminal have go to the massive effort of typing it in and looking it up rather than posting it for posterity. Just because you can do something, doesn't always mean you should. The 4Runner in the pic is my 86' and the Tacoma does have a bunch of stuff bolted on, just because super glue only holds so well.
