CTB is heading to windrock next weekend, we haven't been in a couple years.
I am looking for trial info , what are your preferd trails, routes you take. Windrock is a huge place and we are trying to figure a good route plan.

To give a good idea of rig, 33-38 tire, most locked front and rear, experienced drivers.

And by the weather it will be very wet and I don't want to forget the safety factor of our club members. Any to avoid per safety factor when wet.

Atomic Ridge

There are quite a few trails your group should avoid wet or dry. Unfortunately I don't know a single trail number and can barely remember trail names.

That is my problem, all I remember from last time was 15, most of us know Harlan very well. Haven't spent enough time to really know.

Most helpful reply so far in this thread.

Do the loop @McCracken posted. That's our go-to combo at least once every trip. Our group is usually Jeeps on 35s, a couple rigs on 37-39s and a few on 43+. Something for everyone on these trails.
Best part is you're wheeling within 5 minutes of the parking lot and close by just in case something bad happens.

This looks like a good deal, easy ways out if we need it and something for everyone, thanks guys!

I know that was really vague but I haven't wheeled a rig that I cared to avoid body damage In the last 16yrs. I've wheeled windrock twice this year and both times there were flops or major cosmetic damage to the rigs. Start down the wrong trail there and you may not be able to turn around or reverse out of it. Have fun, its a great place to wheel. I'm sure there are more friendly trails there than extreme.

That's a lot of pressure Jason :D avoid the trails with roll potential, breakage, forced retreats, fatalities, AND keep mud off my rig?
I got faith in you bro :huggy:

When School bus starts getting good, and I mean REALLY freaking good, look for the bypass on the right side of The Rock. Your sheet metal will thank you.

And avoid Atomic ridge, Cadillac hill, rail trail, little mule, rattle rock....unless you turn into a honey badger, then just have fun and prepare to wrench back at camp.
