Work pants what do you wear?

I picked up some gravel gear canvas pants at the beginning of spring last year. Haven't worn them enough to know how they will hold up, but they are heavier than my carhartts. They were 75% off at the time, so they are cheap.

I have worn carpenter jeans, Wrangler and Levis, for years but the new flex/stretch type jeans are way more comfortable.
Feels like wearing sweat pants when you squat and when on your knees. I wear knee pads when I will be on them so the knee being doubled is a detriment to comfort for me. I have tried Carhartt and they really just don't fit me well.

Costco carries a brand called Urban Star that are stretchy denim and I really like them.

Well I bought the flex carhartt utility pants wore them a week and bought two more pairs. No pinch bind when crouching etc. I'm sold so far.. we'll see how long they last.

Yea I've got four pairs of the thicker Ryder pants I've had for two yrs still in good shape... just "out grew them" lol. I have a new pair of the kontra air pants and they are awesome but definitely not a winter pant..

Duluth all the way. Duluth flex firehose cargo shorts in summer, duluthflex firehose cargo pants in cooler weather, then firehose 12oz heavy duty when cold. Cant beat a no questions asked warranty, they are super comfy and super flexible, especially the duluthflex...they also dry pretty quick. Their carharrt style jacket is wonderful as well. Holler at me if you want to try em before you buy some, we should be about the same size @cgm147
