You might want to consider changing the axle side mount of the trac bar to put the bolt in double shear, and making a new trac bar frame mount, so that the heim is rotated 90 deg that way it wont bind when your flexin.

Well, finally got all 4 tires on. Still got quite a bit to do.

Are those 8" front springs? I am going to do mine as soon as I get the motor swap done. Need to keep it low before I lift it too high. My plan is like yours 44 front except using radius style arms, 9" rear and some 38's

yeah he has 8" front coils. thats pretty close to what im about to do.....hp44 front with radius arms, 60 rear w/ spool, 5.13 f/r, 8" and probably 37's or 38's

I have cut the webbing out of the radius arms and I will be welding in some 2"x.025 dom and then I have a machinist making me inserts from some 1.5 Dom turned down and threaded for My big 2.125" curry Johnny joints. I still need to figure out the track bar and steering. I want to try to use as much stock type items for a quick fix if I ever break on the trail. I am going to relocate the stock coil buckets on the axle in some to avoid the binding of the coils. I have most everything figured out in my head but we'll see how it looks when it comes together. Hell for all I know it may be a big ass mall crawler when I get done.

looks great. You think you'll run into any problems with the rear hangers getting caught on rocks when the front end is pointed to the sky?

Well either way, if i bring the springs closer under the truck it'll still get caught. Cause the springs are so long.
