Got the tires mounted and balanced, one wheel needed 4 oz but the others were great! I’m hoping to get the tru-trac and 4:56 in the rear, install the 4:56 into the rubi axle then all that is left is the steering box skid, winch, and final wiring of the rubi pump! Looks like I may be done by mid June!!! Some before and after pics. Tires are 32.6 mounted with 29 psi... no rubing, bumpstops put the wheels about .25 to .5” from the fenders.

Rubi pump in and plumbed, just need to wire the switch. Also put in the steering skid...gears and Rubi axle goes in this week!!! (To terrified to re gear myself, so this will be outsourced..) also ordered warn vr winch, winch plate, and Speedo gear!

Gears and axle in! Had some awesome help getting the trac bar centered! Winch is all that is left.

Tested the flex, I need to lengthen the locker wires and the vent tube. I still have some more droop, not sure of how much but it’s pretty dang flexy!!!

Started compounding, polishing, then going to ceramic coat before her first trip!

View attachment 267984 View attachment 267985 Tires and wheels finally ordered, got the Rubi 44 (gussed, sleeved, trussed, shafts, Currie 1 Ton etc.) which should be easily strong enough for the 33” tires. Went back and forth on gears and have decided 4:56. 4:88 will be to deep for my purpose. Checked the rubi pump and locker and all is well! Aim is to have tires and wheels mounted, axle in and geared by the first week in June...

glad it found a good home

Finished compounding and polishing. Add a ceramic coat which was a nightmare to put on. Also got the winch mounted! Ready to wheel! She has to 4+ hour trips on her. Averaging around 15.5 with the cruise set at 70 and ac on. Not bad! Maybe I will sale her before she gets an trail rash......

Went to ebc rotors and yellow stuff pads in the front and added powerstops to the rear after a left rear caliper seized....

Yep went to uwharrie once then a little on richlands road. Also went up to patriot off-road. All I have left to do is limiting straps...can unseat the coils pretty far!

Update! Well after a few ure trips and some drives to the mountains pulled the trigger and ordered the banks turbo and inter cooler kit! Will update after I install. If anyone has done this let me know how it went!

Well got a sweet intercooler and no turbo....banks didn’t take the full kit off their website nor checked what the shipped. Anyhow picked up and src cage kit today. At least add a few bars to the sport bar. Saw one flop at wind rock with this sport cage and it did well. Considering smitty and poison spider are the same company now hopefully it will be an easy install.
